inchmark

inchmark is one of my new favorite reads. It's written by a former art director at Martha Stewart who has found her way from NYC to Southern California. There are so many wonderful ideas...too many to post about! Here are a few favorites....

1) "Color Stories" by Inchmark:
These would be fun to make with found objects too (ie: leaves, shells, ribbons, jewelry, buttons, etc). The color palette I love for fall colors is very similar to this color story...see earlier post.)



2) "Magical Thinking" by Inchmark
Kids do say the funniest things! Start a quote jar to remember them...place it in a special spot...and pull a quote out whenever a pick me up or hearty laugh is needed. i love it!!...now I'm off to find an adequate jar...
